An interior designer based in Rennes for a number of years, Nadia Bos trained at the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Bretagne (Ensab), after studying art at the Académie Charpentier in Paris. Nadia also acquired a technical and practical understanding of architecture and construction through her initial training at a building school in Paris.

Her work aims to convey her interest in architectural lines and working with materials to bring out the full potential of built heritage. With this in mind, Nadia Bos has developed a line of objects inspired by different architectural elements.

NTERIOR ARCHITECTURE

• Principle: The aim here is to design a personalised and functional interior layout, whether you are creating a new home or renovating an existing one. The interior architect will rethink the volume of the space and structure it in a way that respects the lifestyle of its occupants. She will also support the client throughout all phases of the project, from the initial design stage through to final completion.
• Methodology: The agency ensures that measurements are taken on site, produces various deliverables in accordance with the established specifications, puts the customer in touch with qualified and competent professionals (contractors, structural engineers) and coordinates the smooth implementation of the project. It should be noted that the agency only undertakes site supervision with reputable companies with whom it has experience of working.
• Deliverables: 2D and 3D layout studies, together with a detailed description of the work, including an electrical plan, a list of materials and equipment, drawings of made-to-measure furniture, a site report and a decoration booklet.
• Timescales: 2 to 4 weeks between the first appointment and delivery of the 2D and 3D layout study.

INTERIOR DESIGN

• Principle: The agency provides you with invaluable advice on interior design and layout.
• Methodology: Based on an in-depth discussion at your home, we give you advice tailored to your personality, tastes and lifestyle.
• Deliverables: A detailed decorating brief featuring different layout proposals, with different colours, furniture, floor coverings, accessories, decoration and lighting. Photographs, prices of decorative elements and an address book are also included.
• Deadline: 2 to 3 weeks between the first appointment and the handover of the ideas booklet. This can be adjusted 2 times.

ADVICE ON BUYING OFF-PLAN

• Principle: This involves helping customers to optimise and personalise their future home, purchased off-plan.
• Objective: This service will enable us to optimise square metres with regard to current standards (PRM access), to devise rational layout principles, and to help future buyers choose materials and decor.
• Deliverables: 2D and 3D layout study, assistance in choosing materials in the showroom, equipment specifications, drawings of bespoke furniture, interior design specifications.
• Lead time: 2 to 3 weeks between the 1st appointment and delivery of the document. This can be adjusted 2 times.
