Trained as an interior decorator and passionate about her profession, Chloé PERRIN first studied in the building trade. Then she chose to focus on and train in decoration... her lifelong passion!

Based in Ambazac near Limoges in Haute-Vienne, the CLHOME DESIGN agency offers its services at home or remotely, on plans, for individuals or real estate professionals.

Chloé is there to advise and accompany you at every stage of your project. As each design is unique, this decorator offers you an à la carte service, from the design of a 3D plan, to the realisation of the layout and the work, to the proposal of small decorative objects.

This decorator has at heart to build with you, your project, the one that will perfectly reflect the person you are. To do this, Chloé likes to capture your sensibility and your aspirations by listening carefully to your desires, your needs, your tastes and your budget. Her objective is to transcribe everything you desire, to create a space that reflects your image.

The agency likes all styles of decoration, and enjoys mixing them. It appreciates the use of flamboyant colours to give depth and character to an environment, as well as neutral and soft tones that call for well-being and calm.

CLHOME DESIGN is trained in HOME STAGING, as well as FENG SHUI, and can also offer you virtual reality plans.

Why use a HOME STAGER?  If you are having difficulties selling your property, the home stager is there to help you find solutions and tricks to enhance its value at a lower cost, sometimes it is enough to tidy up, depersonalise and repair.

What about FENG SHUI?  It is a Chinese method which consists in arranging the house so that the good energies circulate. The motto of this method is "less is more", which means "living better with less" and invites you to declutter your home to promote your well-being. A method that Chloé applies in her projects.
