L’Art-qui-tecture is much more than an interior design studio: it is the story of a passionate couple who have been creating together for more than six years. Partners in both life and work, we are based in Torcy, Seine-et-Marne, France, where we have developed a shared vision in which aesthetics, functionality and emotion come together. Building on this shared experience, our journey is now entering a new chapter with the opening of our own studio.

OUR METHODOLOGY

1 – SITE VISIT & DISCUSSION

The first stage of the project begins with an on-site visit and an in-depth discussion. This meeting allows us to understand your needs, aspirations and lifestyle, as well as the technical and architectural constraints of the space. Together, we define the project objectives, scope of work and main design directions, establishing solid and coherent foundations for the project.

2 – CONCEPT DESIGN – PRELIMINARY DESIGN (APS)

This stage focuses on imagining and structuring your future space. It includes the study of volumes, optimisation of circulation and organisation of the different living areas. Layout plans, functional zoning and a mood board are developed to define the atmosphere, architectural intentions and aesthetic direction of the project.

3 – DETAILED DESIGN – FINAL DESIGN (APD)

The detailed design stage refines and validates all the project's choices. It includes the preparation of precise technical drawings, the selection of materials, finishes and furniture, as well as 3D visualisations that allow you to realistically envision the future space. This stage ensures that the project is fully developed, coherent and ready for implementation.

4 – CONTRACTOR TENDERING

I support you in preparing and managing the contractor tendering process. This service includes preparing technical documents, compiling the tender package and carrying out a comparative analysis of quotations. My role is to help you select the contractors best suited to your project, with complete transparency.

5 – FURNITURE & DECORATION SHOPPING

I provide personalised support in selecting furniture, decorative elements and colour palettes. I guide you in choosing pieces suited to your interior, working with carefully selected suppliers and brands to create a harmonious, coherent and long-lasting atmosphere that remains true to the project's identity.
