Emi House was born out of a career change driven by a passion for property. Émilie has worked in the building trade for 15 years.

She is trained in interior design with computer-aided design. A keen environmentalist, this decorator is also trained in bio-sourced materials and keeps a close eye on the latest ecological standards. Émilie can meet the needs of both private individuals and professionals, and will help you turn your ideas into reality.

Emi House offers a range of services, tailored to your real needs: home clearance, design of 2D, 3D and virtual reality plans, interior design, home staging and home organisation.

In the "Empty House" section, Emi House can clear out just one room, or empty your entire house with a view to renovating it so that you can live in it, rent it out or sell it. This decorator works in partnership with second-hand goods dealers, estate agents and recycling centres, ensuring that her work is meticulous. Attached to "family treasures", which can be letters or mementos, she sorts your belongings as if they were the possessions of loved ones, and suggests how to divide them up according to the following categories: keep, recycle, give away, throw away...

On the "Designing plans" section - Émilie will take measurements of your property and, if necessary, transform your spaces by showing you the plans in 2D, 3D and virtual reality, which will enhance your projection and help you understand the changes made to your property.

Interior design - Emi House will conceptualise your space using floor plans if necessary, draw up specifications to establish your requirements and provide you with design boards so that together you can choose the future decorative elements and new furnishings for your property.

On the "Home staging" side - Émilie Héraud reuses your furniture or second-hand furniture to change your décor on a limited budget.

Finally, on the "Home Organisation" side - Emi House helps you to set up long-term storage and organisation with the aim of optimising your living spaces.
