Lu'C.drawing is available for new projects

The company Lu' Construction Drawing was founded by Lucy BALIGAND, 25, from Roanne, who has always been drawn to the construction field and passionate about hands-on work.

She pursued studies in architecture, starting with a Professional Baccalaureate in Architecture Assistance. During these three years, she completed various internships across several trades involved in the full creation of a construction project (interior decorator, project manager, kitchen designer, cost estimator, architecture firm).

She then chose a BTS in Construction Studies and Economics, before specializing in construction drawing at the Fédération Compagnonnique in Anglet, where she earned her professional title as a Draftsperson/Project Designer while working as an apprentice with an architect in Biarritz.

As a Draftsperson and Cost Estimator, she is capable of designing a project according to clients’ criteria while respecting their needs, expectations, and lifestyle, integrating urban planning regulations, current construction standards, and taking into account environmental specifics and construction methods suited to the site.

From this design phase, she produces all written and graphical documents required for administrative procedures (Urban Planning Certificate, Preliminary Declaration, Building Permit, Demolition, Development Permit, etc.).

During the construction phase, study plans (network plans, electrical plans, basic framing plans, kitchen plans, specific layout plans, detailed booklets, etc.) are always developed in collaboration with a Project Manager or licensed Architect.

In parallel, the construction economics aspect complements the project to control construction costs. Lucy BALIGAND prepares a comprehensive preliminary estimate using different methods. For more accurate cost analysis, detailed measurements are carried out, enabling consultations with contractors for each package to get a clearer picture of the total cost.

This allows Lu' Construction Drawing to propose technical solutions to reduce costs if needed.
