The SOUPLET & LAGNEAUX Agency was born from the collaboration between Clément and Laurence across numerous projects, during which their complementarity proved to be a major asset in delivering both aesthetic and technical responses to each project.

Whether in renovation or new construction, the agency operates throughout the Lyon metropolitan area and across France, working with both private and professional clients. The studio supports its clients in carrying out apartment or house renovations, commercial space layouts, office projects, or public-access buildings (ERP).

A structured approach for a successful project

• Initial Contact

Everything begins with a meeting! In order to gain a clear understanding of your project, the first step is a discussion together and a site visit. It is important to get to know you in order to define your aesthetic and budget expectations.

• Quotation

Following this meeting and exchange, the agency prepares a quotation corresponding to your specifications (measurements and the existing condition plans are completed after validation of the quotation).

• Design File

The first stage of the file is the sketch phase, including 2D layout research, an aesthetic proposal illustrated with sketches and material boards.

The second stage allows for further development and is illustrated with a project presentation board.

The third stage consists of designing the final version of your file, illustrated with a 3D visual and the final presentation board.

• Technical File

This file gathers all the principle drawings corresponding to the final project.

• Contractor Consultation File

This file includes all execution drawings (detailed plans), quantities for contractor consultation, as well as the projected construction schedule.

• Start of Works

Site visits will be carried out with regular updates involving the teams and the clients.

Detailed reports will be prepared along with all necessary tasks required for proper project monitoring.

• Completion

It is time to take possession of the space, address any potential reservations, and fully enjoy your beautiful project.
