Julia KIMFOUEMA, interior architect and founder of Studio NKDI, is based in Vélizy and works throughout Paris and the southern part of the Île-de-France region, on projects ranging from floor plan design to turnkey renovations.

Before designing spaces, she learned to feel them. It was through upholstery that she learned to understand materials their resistance, textures and requirements. This training gave her a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and fine materials, a sensitivity that she now brings to the selection of every fabric, every type of wood and every finish.

After earning a Master’s degree in interior architecture, she spent eight years exploring a wide range of areas within the interior design industry. These experiences broadened her vision, sharpened her eye and helped her develop comprehensive expertise, from design through to execution.

It was in residential interiors that she found her true area of expertise: where technical expertise meets creativity, and where every space designed becomes a space to be lived in. A home that reflects who you are, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail that is what she creates with you.

To achieve this, each project includes all the tools needed to bring it to life: site measurements, 2D technical plans, 3D modelling with photorealistic renderings, custom furniture design, execution documents for contractors, and coordination of the various trades on site, if you wish.
