Whether it is the project of a lifetime, a property investment, or a project that allows you to move on to another property a few years later, the challenge remains the same: enhancing the value of a place and transforming it into a space that perfectly matches the vision you imagined. To achieve this, several types of support are available, from the initial sketch to the completion of the renovation work, depending on your needs. Some clients only require a potential study, others choose to add the final design phase, while some prefer full support throughout the project. Everything is tailored to your needs.

Before every project begins, there is an essential first step: a one-hour discussion at your home or directly at the project location (if it is not your own home). This meeting is crucial to understand your project and expectations, discover the specific characteristics of the space and prepare a quote that perfectly matches your needs (provided within one week).

For remote projects, you simply send the existing plans, then exchange by phone or video call. Véronique BESSE will then send you the detailed proposal.

Step 1 – POTENTIAL STUDY

Existing condition assessment (approximately half a day), once the quote has been approved.
Kasita schedules a meeting to create the complete project brief, take measurements (if no plans are available), and photograph the existing space.

Preliminary study – Layout sketches (approximately two weeks)

2 to 3 proposed 2D layout and space planning options, accompanied by explanatory notes, hand sketches and/or inspirational images.

The proposals take into account your budget constraints while respecting your wishes and expectations.

Presentation at your home or via video call.

A summary of the discussions and an updated version of the selected plan are then provided to obtain the final layout you approve (approximately one week).

Project mood board (optional)

This service is intended for clients wishing to transform or restructure their home, apartment or building. It can include creating new rooms (bedroom, office, dressing room, bathroom, etc.) and/or improving the comfort of the property through custom-made solutions.

It also applies to optimizing existing layouts: improving a developer’s plan that does not meet your expectations or redesigning the layout of an older property as part of a renovation project.

At this stage, you can either stop and manage the implementation yourself. You will have a clear vision of the desired atmosphere, materials and colours, and you will handle the construction and installation work.

Or, you can choose to receive further support throughout your project.

Step 2 – FINAL PROJECT DESIGN

A detailed development of the selected layout.

• Includes:
• Overall mood board
• Electrical plan
• Materials and colours board (selection and references for wall and floor finishes)
• Custom furniture design, including detailed elevation drawings
• Perspectives (hand-drawn or 3D visuals)

At this stage, you can either manage the implementation and construction yourself, or continue with Kasita’s support.

Step 3 – CONTRACTORS CONSULTATION / QUOTES

Tender package (contractor consultation file)

A technical specification document organised by trade (demolition, plastering, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) based on the updated plans.

You can either stop here and use this document to request quotes directly from your chosen contractors, or let Kasita handle this process.
