Based in Bonneville, Julie Sese helps private clients, property investors and professionals with their interior design, renovation and space transformation projects. Through her agency, TRAIT d’audace, she creates interiors that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, while being carefully adapted to the needs and uses of the people who occupy them.

Her approach goes far beyond decoration. Every project begins with a reflection on volumes, circulation, natural light and the optimisation of available space. Whether it involves completely reorganising an apartment or house, renovating an older property, creating new rooms, designing a professional space or enhancing a property investment, her priority is to make the most of each space intelligently.

Julie offers different levels of support depending on her clients’ needs: consultation visits, design and layout plans, selection of materials and interior schemes, furniture sourcing, renovation cost estimates or comprehensive support through to completion. Through her project management services and network of skilled tradespeople, she can also handle contractor selection, coordination and site supervision.
