Nathan Cilona — architecte diplômé d'état is available for new projects

Nathan Cilona is a qualified Architect (Architecte D.E.), having graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure de Bretagne in 2022.

Since 2018, he has been working with private clients on new-build, renovation, extension, vertical extension, refurbishment and interior design projects for houses and apartments.

With five years of experience in leading architecture practices in Rennes, Paris and Montreal, he has developed strong expertise in both design and project management, enabling him to guide his clients confidently throughout the development and completion of their projects.

His approach is based on a simple principle: everyone has the right to live in a high-quality environment suited to their needs, regardless of the location, the user or the budget. For every requirement, there is an appropriate level of support from a qualified interior architect, helping improve comfort and usability while enhancing the value of the property.

Committed to creating distinctive and individual spaces, Nathan places great importance on the relationship between the user and the interior architect. A project should never be designed unilaterally, but should emerge from collaboration between all the parties involved: clients, users, designers and contractors.

He supports his clients from the initial consultation through to project completion, overseeing every stage while paying close attention to budgets and schedules, as well as the quality of the completed works.

His practice extends beyond residential projects. He also designs and delivers commercial and professional spaces such as offices, retail premises and institutional buildings, as well as event and cultural projects including museum design and scenography, along with bespoke interior fittings such as decoration and furniture.

For larger-scale projects, he generally works in partnership with an architect registered with the relevant professional body, allowing his clients to benefit from comprehensive support within the appropriate regulatory framework.

For every project, he systematically presents several initial design options in order to encourage discussion and identify the most appropriate direction. Based on a thorough assessment, he then develops highly detailed technical drawings, providing a reliable foundation for the works. He also creates 3D visualisations to help clients visualise their future space.

He then assists them in selecting qualified contractors and coordinates their work throughout the construction process.

Where required, he also manages all administrative and planning procedures, including prior works declarations and planning applications.

Nathan also provides standalone consultancy services, helping clients define a project brief or establish a realistic budget. He also specialises in adapting and redesigning homes for people with reduced mobility, creating spaces that are both accessible and comfortable.
