TERRA BATIR is available for new projects

Mathias RABOURDIN & Terra Bâtir supports homeowners with their construction, renovation and landscaping projects. Our approach combines building and garden design with project management to create cohesive, functional spaces tailored to your lifestyle.

Every project begins with a careful understanding of your needs, aspirations and budget. Whether you are renovating a house, redesigning interior spaces, planning a new-build property or transforming a garden, we help you establish priorities and develop a realistic project. We pay particular attention to the quality of spaces, circulation, natural light, material selection and integration with the existing environment.

Our design process includes plans, 3D visualisations and mood boards to help you understand the project. These tools allow you to visualise the proposed outcome, compare different options and refine your choices before work begins. We also assist with preparing administrative documents and the necessary planning applications, in coordination with the relevant professionals.

For gardens and outdoor spaces, we seek a balance between aesthetics, practicality and maintenance. Terraces, pathways, relaxation areas, planting schemes and irrigation systems are designed in harmony with the house, the characteristics of the site and your lifestyle.

Our support continues through contractor selection, quotation analysis, schedule preparation and on-site project supervision. We coordinate the work of the various trades, monitor progress and keep you informed whenever decisions are needed. When unexpected issues arise, we help identify suitable solutions and explain their technical, financial and organisational implications.

Our aim is to provide you with an accessible point of contact, a clear vision of your project and reliable support at every stage. This allows you to follow the transformation of your property, take part in key decisions and approach the building work with greater peace of mind, right through to assistance with the final handover.
