PREMIER PLAN Maitrise d'oeuvre is available for new projects

Bring Your Projects to Life with Frederic HAUBRY and Premier Plan!

Looking to redesign your interior, renovate a house, transform an older building or extend your living space?

Premier Plan helps you turn your ideas into reality, combining aesthetics, functionality, creativity and technical expertise.

With over 20 years of experience in construction project management, I support both private clients and businesses with renovation, refurbishment, interior design and extension projects.

A Personalised Approach, Tailored to You

Every project tells a story: the story of a place, the people who inhabit it and their aspirations.

My approach is built first and foremost on listening, open communication and understanding your expectations. Whether you want to modernise your home, rethink the layout, bring more natural light into your space or unlock the potential of an older building, I develop solutions tailored to your lifestyle, tastes and budget.

The goal is not simply to transform a space, but to create an environment that is comfortable, cohesive and built to last.

From Initial Concept to Completion: Comprehensive Project Support

What sets Premier Plan apart is its ability to combine architectural thinking and interior design with in-depth technical knowledge of buildings.

This dual expertise makes it possible to develop ambitious transformation projects while taking structural, technical and financial constraints into account from the earliest design stages.

Depending on your needs, Frederic HAUBRY can support you at every stage:

Design and planning: Assessing the existing building, conducting feasibility studies, optimising space, reconfiguring rooms, maximising natural light and developing interior layouts.

Project development: Preparing plans, selecting materials, creating harmony between spaces and estimating construction costs.

Construction preparation: Producing technical documentation, inviting contractors to tender, reviewing quotations and helping you select the right professionals.

Project coordination and supervision: Organising construction work, coordinating trades, monitoring the quality of workmanship and supporting you through to final handover.

You also benefit from having a dedicated point of contact who ensures that your project remains coherent from the initial design through to its completion.

Specialist Expertise in Renovation

Renovating an existing building requires particular care and attention. Behind every wall, floor or roof, there may be hidden constraints that influence design decisions.

My experience enables me to anticipate these challenges and explore the opportunities offered by existing structures to unlock their full potential.
