DK CONCEPT is available for new projects
DK Concept. The art of creating unique, elegant and timeless spaces.
With over 25 years of experience, including 8 years in the retail sector, Delphine Keunebroek, interior architect and spatial designer, creates and transforms living and working environments throughout the Bordeaux region and Entre-deux-Mers area.
Fourteen years ago, she founded DK Concept to support both private individuals and professionals with their interior architecture projects, concept development, home renovations and bespoke space planning. Her approach is highly personalised, where every detail matters and has its place.
Bespoke design, from the initial idea to completion
From the first meeting through to the final result, Delphine guides you through every stage of your project. Her services include surveying and measuring existing spaces, designing interior layouts, creating 3D visualisations, selecting materials and contractors, and providing thorough on-site project supervision.
Every project is approached as a whole. Delphine strives to achieve a subtle balance between aesthetics, functionality and comfort.
Whether it's an interior renovation, extension, home refurbishment, apartment redesign, space optimisation or the layout of smaller spaces, every project is an opportunity to unlock a property's full potential.
Her approach focuses on distinctive interior architecture, elegant design and contemporary, minimalist or timeless atmospheres. She carefully selects high-quality natural materials, bespoke furniture and refined decorative elements to create chic, harmonious and long-lasting interiors that reflect your personality and lifestyle.
Professional spaces that reflect your identity
DK Concept also works with businesses and professionals to design and organise commercial spaces and offices. Shops, workplaces and public-access premises are carefully planned, with particular attention paid to brand identity, bespoke furniture design, ergonomics and visitor flow.
Delphine can also assist with the preparation of regulatory documentation relating to accessibility, fire safety and signage permits, depending on the requirements of each project.
With a clear vision, high standards and a comprehensive approach, Delphine Keunebroek takes the time to understand your wishes and constraints. She combines her artistic and technical expertise with a keen eye for detail to bring unique projects to life, from the first sketch to the finishing touches.
DK Concept: a distinctive signature for spaces thoughtfully designed, meticulously crafted and built to stand the test of time.
