• A construction project?

Unlike a builder, the Agathe Bidault agency offers you 100% customised support. Together they create unique spaces, optimising functionality and use, so that your future home is adapted to your lifestyle and your family. The choice of materials is not restricted, and each of them helps you select elements that you really want and that respect your budget.

• Are you planning to buy a property?

The agency will accompany you on a consultation visit with their site manager. This visit allows us to target the essential works, and those which are secondary or aesthetic, in order to establish a coherent budget, to help you in your steps.

• Raising or extending a building?

The first meeting takes place directly on site. Accompanied by their site manager, the agency takes note of your project and your needs, to correlate them with your budget. Agathe Bidault and her team can accompany you partially or carry out all the administrative procedures for you.

• A light renovation or a heavy rehabilitation?

Whether you just want to give your home a facelift or bring it up to standard, the agency can assist you in all phases of the project: from the layout plan to the turnkey delivery, these architects are happy to put your project into images or a virtual tour, in order to present a realistic projection of the project.

The Agathe Bidault agency works with teams ready to intervene on your premises, and with whom it is used to collaborating. Do you have your own teams or part of them? No problem, these professionals will adapt to your wishes. To do this, the agency produces very specific specifications for companies, consisting of a DCE (Dossier de Consultation Entreprises) and a CCTP (Cahier des Clause Techniques Particulières).

The formulas proposed by the agency are as follows:

- Plans: layout plan, technical plans (electricity, plumbing, etc.) with computer-generated images of the principle, to give you an idea of the volumes

- Choice of materials: thanks to selected visuals, we will discuss your tastes, which will allow us to pre-select materials in line with your wishes. Agathe Bidault and her team will then produce computer-generated images and/or a virtual visit. If this corresponds to your expectations, you will proceed to a meeting in the showroom, if not, the process will start again until you find the elements that will fully satisfy you.

- The shopping list: the agency draws up a list of furniture and small decorative items (furniture, pictures, cushions, etc.) that correspond to your project and your tastes. The agency will then create temporary accounts for you on certain sites so that you only have to validate your basket and choose your delivery date.

- Decoration or setting up: in this option, the agency takes care of setting up your decoration elements for you so that you don't have to worry about anything!

- The setting up of the building site: planning, company concomitance, reception and lifting of reservations.
