A passionate architect, Carlos Ruiz specialises in the design and renovation of commercial premises as well as in the layout of rental investment projects.

During his career, Carlos Ruiz worked as an architect for a general contractor. His missions were to understand the spaces, to analyse the clients' problems in order to design a relevant and adapted layout. Carlos then developed 3D models of these spaces as well as immersive videos, thus projecting the space in a realistic way. His role was also to manage the administrative requests to the competent services, to design the plans for the construction site and to monitor the progress of the work in collaboration with the various project participants.

Carlos Ruiz has also gained valuable experience abroad, working for an architectural firm in Bogota, Colombia.

Specialized for 16 years in the design and realization of commercial and office spaces, Carlos Ruiz has collaborated with numerous clients such as Porsche, Coopetrol, Wunderman, Ace Seguros or SANCHO BBDO... He has also been responsible for numerous BtoB projects, and has been in charge of the project design, negotiations and follow-up of the works until the final rendering of the project.
