With services ranging from virtual projection to real turnkey construction sites, through decorating coaching (advice), home organising (advice and assistance for organisation and tidying) and property staging, Élodie Decharrois adapts her services to meet your needs.

With considerable experience in private homes, E3D has extended its services to professionals, notably for the creation of bars, restaurants, café-theatres and opticians. E3D regularly works with real estate agents throughout France on home staging and off-plan sales, providing clever solutions to reveal the potential of a property, making it functional and aesthetic within a controlled budget.

Élodie Decharrois can assist you in the design and decoration of your interior (from a single room to the entire house) and your exterior (terrace, swimming pool, etc.) throughout France thanks to virtual projection. All you need is a plan and photos. After the necessary discussions during which you will share your decoration desires, your budget and your functional needs, she will provide you with solutions to improve the space and optimize the surface. For each project, a deadline and a budget will be defined and scrupulously respected. E3D will provide you with a 3D projection, a virtual visit and a shopping list of the redecorated rooms. Together, you can rework the project until you feel truly at home.

Based in a seaside resort, Élodie is particularly familiar with second home and holiday rental projects, and will find solutions to save space, choose sea-spray resistant materials and plants, while creating the style best suited to the situation.

Finally, recently trained in bio-sourced materials, E3D has a new skill to improve energy-intensive housing.
