Cynthia MENEGAT is a trilingual interior designer who graduated from Beaux-Arts in 2000 after 6 years of studies in applied decorative arts. She obtained her DESS with honors as valedictorian and began her professional life in an architectural firm for high-end residential projects for two years.

In 2002, from Paris Montparnasse, she participated in the development of several projects in Turkmenistan co-led by BOUYGUES Offshore, including the presidential palace in Versailles style, the ministry of defense in Ashgabat, a huge amusement park, the presidential villa in Antalya. of the late Turkmenbaci, the president at the time.

In 2005 she collaborated with a big name in interior architecture, the Jacques GARCIA firm, on the 45,000 m² project for the La Mamounia hotel and took off towards a new horizon, the tertiary sector.

From 2006 to 2012 she devoted herself to large tertiary projects involving the development of entire platforms in La Défense under the direction of CBRE, the best place to work at the time and the world number one in tertiary real estate.

It was in 2013 that Cynthia MENEGAT was asked to renovate a turnkey 300 m² luxury property in Beirut as a freelancer from Paris.

In 2014 she set up her company and managed 25 turnkey renovation projects with three companies that she had previously sorted and who followed her precise execution details to the letter. Since then, construction sites for high-end individuals have been their daily life, ranging from 60 to 300 m² in Paris 16 between Neuilly, Iéna, Victor Hugo and Passy, ​​the beautiful districts of the sixteenth.

In 2019 she collaborated with a project management firm for the retail and tertiary sectors and produced reports in parallel on two very beautiful projects on Avenue Montaigne and Pierre Premier de Serbia, each measuring 200 m².

From November 2022 to October 2023, she compiled remotely and co-piloted the masterplan for the world meeting of banks held in Marrakech.
